LOL LOL LOL....MOVE YOUR @$$ES!!!; FAN CLUB!

Yesterday, the parent manager called me and said that she called the school and checked into my concerns. The staff assured her that they are rescheduling the field trip, that the kids are aware of it, (they appropriately sent a letter of apology home for the kids and the parents), and that they were rushing my background check through so that I am able to chaperon (I did the submitting the info necessary thing TWO WEEKS ago, and the operator I spoke to this morning told me that the processing takes from 6 TO 8 WEEKS; She said that that wasn't going to do, she wanted it done NOW)!  I found out THIS MORNING from the school secretary who ran out to meet me when I brought my girls to school that I am officially approved as a chaperon!  The field trips have been re-scheduled for May 15th and May 17th.  Don't MESS with my baby!!!!!!  LOL LOL LOL LOL!!!!!

 ROTFL

Actually, the fiasco wasn't the school's fault.  The parent manager told me that there was an alleged mix-up in the paperwork being transferred from the school to the central office, where the request was to be finalized.  The principal could not allow the children to go without the approval from the central office.  But somehow, between the time I called HISD and today, they managed to get it straight quick, fast, and in a HURRYLOL LOL LOL LOL!!!!!!

As most of you know, I also have a blog on MySpace.  MySpace allows you to add songs that they have available in their archives to your profile page.  Well, I was looking to add a song by Antonio Neal to my page, but the songs that they have available for him aren't my favorites.  So, I just happened to read his blog (hey, it's open to the public!).  He posted a powerful passage of scripture that particular day, and I posted a comment of exhortation.  Guess what?  HE REPLIED!!!!!!  He asked me how Matthew and I ran across his "project" (they don't call them albums or CD's anymore; LOL!)  I told him that my husband and I were looking for new music to play, that we ran across his project almost by accident, but we are absolutely enjoying his music.  Today, he sent me an e-mail inviting me to listen to his latest project, praiselife.  He asked me to let him know what I thought of it.  Can you believe that?  HE asked ME to let HIM know what I think about HIS project!!!!  The closest I ever came to speaking to an actual artist is my brother, who is a renowned and gifted New Orleans gospel musician!  This, to me, is the epitome of COOL!!!!!  Mr. Neal has my blog links, so if he is reading this, I don't want him to think that I am some psycho fan or something! LOL LOL LOL LOL!  I just feel honored, that's all.  I love meeting successful people, especially successful people who are in Jesus.  Because not only do they motivate me, but they help me to maintain the value of the hope and humility that is in me.

Hi! I came back by to visit. I'm sorry you didn't get the job. I know the Lord has something better for you...afterall he said in His Word, "I know the plans I have for you...for good and not evil." I believe that refers to all that belong to Him. I visited Antonio's blog at myspace.com. I hate to admit it, but this is the first time I've ever heard of him. I listened to a portion of several songs, I really like his voice. I'm behind on the music scene, I tend to listen to the same ones. I rarely listen to new singers. For one thing, if I listen to a radio station I never catch the singer's name. Have a blessed day!
